Borosilicate glass is a type of glass we make all of our pieces. What differ Borosilicate from other glasses is the silica and boron trioxide as the main glass-forming constituents. Borosilicate glasses are known for having very low coefficients of thermal expansion, making them more resistant to thermal shock than any other common glass.

We try to make our shipping packages as safe and discreet as possible but in the unusual event of a piece getting to your home chipped or broken just snap a picture of it and get in touch with us through email or instagram. We will work our ways to make it right.

What if... It breaks?

 

 

Although all of our glass pieces are made with the best materials available in the market it is still glass so... it breaks!

Borosilicate is definitely able to withstand great impact and thermal shock but it is not indestructible.

We can not take liability in the event of a piece coming to break in an accident.

Take great care during use, clean and store it properly and it will last forever.
